Why We Built This Site
Michigan makes many court case records available to the public, but the correct custodian depends on the matter. The 47th Circuit Court handles general-jurisdiction and family-division work. The 94th District Court handles local traffic and civil infractions, misdemeanors, preliminary felony matters, and limited civil cases. Delta Probate Court is a separate trial court. A docket is the running case history of filings, parties, events, and dispositions, but a statewide search result does not replace the record held by the court.
MiCOURT can help locate a case by name or number, yet it is informational rather than the official record. Court-specific calendars, filing systems, and copy requests remain separate channels. The material here brings those routes together while keeping their different functions clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site. It has no connection to a Michigan court, the Delta County Clerk, or a state agency. Its limits include:

- It cannot seal, amend, or remove a court case
- It cannot issue a certified copy of a docket, order, or filing
- It cannot provide legal advice or interpret a particular case
