Official Delta County court-record questions belong with the court or clerk that maintains the case. The county courts have separate record systems and access procedures, while MiCOURT is an informational statewide search tool. This page identifies the proper starting points and the limits of this private reference service.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This is a private reference site. It cannot retrieve dockets, alter a court date, seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those matters must go to the court or clerk directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the official route that matches the Delta County record or court service needed:

  • A docket or case location: begin with a Docket Search, then confirm the result with the court that maintains the record
  • A hearing date: use the Court Schedule information and verify the setting with the appropriate court
  • A certified copy: request it from the court or clerk that holds the official case record
  • A criminal or civil matter: use the Criminal Court Dockets or Civil Court Dockets route to identify the likely court
  • Records or a case file: review Court Case Records and contact the relevant court custodian

For County Clerk services, contact County Clerk Nancy Przewrocki, 310 Ludington Street, Escanaba, MI 49829. The clerk's office lists (906) 789-5100, fax (906) 789-5196, and hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The clerk is a useful county starting point, but not every case record is held at one counter. The 47th Circuit Court, 94th District Court, and Delta Probate Court have different jurisdictions and record routes. MiCOURT results are informational, so obtain an official copy from the court or clerk that maintains the case.
